We operate Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm. Please be aware that deliveries outside of our standard operating hours will incur a surcharge.

Our customer portal provides all the information you need to know to track your delivery, from its estimated delivery time, to its current location, and even confirmation of delivery.
You can track your freight using the “Dashboard” located in our web booking portal.
If you are receiving a delivery, this option is available when the sender has included the ‘call before’ service in their rates. We advise you contact the sender of your goods to check if this option is available for your delivery.
Absolutely. We’re more than happy to call the recipient of your goods prior to delivery, however an additional service fee does apply. For more information about arranging pre-delivery calls, please contact our friendly team.

Yes, you can use transport services to freight dangerous goods, however some restrictions may apply. Please call our friendly customer service team for further information relating your freight items.
We strive to be transparent in all our fees, including the cost of fuel used while delivering your goods. Because the price of fuel can vary significantly from day to day, we charge a consistent fuel levy so you can accurately predict the cost of your delivery every time.
While most pick-ups run smoothly, our drivers need to be paid for all the time they commit to your job. Our web portal allows you to select specific additional requirements which you may require from time to time. We will provide you an indication of the charges for additional requirements at the point of booking. If you have any further queries regarding additional charges please contact your Account Manager.
Felix Transport engage fleet owners to drive for us.
Yes. All our drivers are provided with the Felix Transport uniform before they start driving for us and are required to wear it at all times. A smart uniform ensures our drivers make a great impression when delivering goods on your behalf and are equipped with all the necessary clothing to enter any work site.
